The Challenge

Traditional customer adherence workflows rely heavily on manual calls, disjointed SMS platforms, or bulky native apps that suffer from low adoption rates. Organizations needed an automated, multi-channel communication engine that triggers personalized follow-ups without manual dispatch.

Engineered a centralized web dashboard and background orchestration engine using React, Redux, Twilio, and n8n. The platform automates custom adherence and habit schedules across voice, SMS, and RCS, connecting AI assistant responses with real-time care-team escalation paths.
